We had started out looking for houses and wanting to move to Sebastian area. I had contacted 2 realtors by word of mouth advice. One of them drove us around and had personality of wet noodle. We met Kristen the next day and she listened to what we were looking for. She knew we were not quite ready to relocate but kept sending us possibilities. Kristen was our eyes and ears. She would check out houses and if they were a possibility would video tour for us. We really felt that she went above and beyond to find us a home. We did find the perfect place and are loving it. Zac and Tonya were absolutely excellent! Professional and friendly they helped us and talked with us through every step of the process of buying our 1st home and answered every question we had promptly. If they didn't have an answer that moment they were quick to let you know they would look into it and always had an answer soon after. I couldn't be more grateful to them and their team for their dedication. Words cannot describe how incredibly professional, knowledgeable, personable, and efficient both Tonya and Zach are. My brother and I were moving from Virginia in a frustratingly hot market and with an even more frustratingly incompetent lender. They jumped through hoops to make our purchase as smooth as possible before we were even aware that those hoops were there.

They ALWAYS answered phone calls and texts immediately, and anticipated what needed to be done to close before our lender even asked for it. There is NO way that we could have closed on our home without them and their incredible work effort and diligence.
