November’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $399,000—up 1.01% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $374,000 in St. Lucie County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $368,500 in December.
Port St. Lucie had 426 new listings and 393 listings that went under contract in November, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 2,051—down 6.39% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in December.
Of those 2,051 active listings, 25.16% reduced their price in the month of November. The median listing price for homes in Port St. Lucie grew 2.02% from October to November, bringing the current median listing price to $427,450. Based on projected data for December, listing prices may continue to grow.

In November 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 80 days, compared to 75 days in November 2024.
