Prices are adjusting as that balance plays out, with the typical home value at about $220,000 and the median list price slightly lower at $214,900. Compared with Mobile County, where typical values are closer to $241,373, homes in the city are generally priced more modestly even as values have risen 4.76 percent over the past year.
