Year over year, Big Lake’s rolling three-month typical home value is up notably, rising about 13 percent to roughly $377,000, even as the share of homes selling above list has dipped. At the same time, median list prices are slightly lower than a year ago, suggesting sellers are pricing with a bit more restraint despite those value gains.
