Over the rolling three-month period ending in June 2026, Lakes home values moved higher compared with a year earlier. The typical home value rose about 8 percent year over year, while the median list price climbed roughly 23 percent. Even with higher asking prices, the average sale-to-list ratio edged above 100 percent, showing that buyers are still paying close to, or slightly above, list.
