Neosho had 24 new listings and 25 listings that went under contract in May, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 44—down 0.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in June.

Of those 44 active listings, 36.36% reduced their price in the month of May. The median listing price for homes in Neosho grew 17.11% from April to May, bringing the current median listing price to $222,400. Based on projected data for June, listing prices may continue to grow.

The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract has been fairly steady year-over-year.
