For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $283,500 in Little Rock for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $291,750 in December.
South End had 9 new listings and 8 listings that went under contract in November, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 18—down 10.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in December.
The median listing price for homes in South End fell 20.06% from October to November, bringing the current median listing price to $129,900. Based on projected data for December, listing prices may continue to fall.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year. In November 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 95.5 days, compared to 166 days in November 2024. In recent months the median number of days from listed to pending appears to be steady. That trend is predicted to have carried through to this December.
