He became well acquainted with what i was looking for and what I may qualify for under my pre-qualified loan terms. On a number of occasions, we would visit a potential property, and he would easily identify possible problems that would either hinder the ability of the property to get approved under my mortgage terms, or may pose a problem down the road. He gave very sound advice and/or pointed out red flags when looking at homes.
