This is the second time I have used Merv as my agent to sell a home in Bakersfield. Merv went above and beyond in meeting our needs on selling my mother's home as I was located out of town. In a tough seller's market Merv communicated regularly with us and came up with some creative ways to show the house by connecting with other agents who had homes for sale in the same area in an attempt to coordinate an open house. The front window shutters needed to be replaced, and Merv took action by finding some shutters at Home Depot as replacements and then arranged a contractor to install them. He also assisted in lining up someone to perform an estate sale and facilitated access to the home for setting up the sale.
