For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $1,215,000 in Lake Forest for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $1,357,000 in May.

Pacific Commercentre had 16 new listings and 6 listings that went under contract in April, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 17—up 30.77% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in May.
