December’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $1,580,700—up 0.14% over the previous 12 months. Irvine had 103 new listings and 147 listings that went under contract in December, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 445—down 25.08% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in January.
