Year-over-year, East Sacramento’s rolling three-month prices have held fairly steady, with the typical home value edging down less than a percent to about $738,000. Sales activity, however, has picked up, with homes sold rising more than 20 percent compared with a year ago. At the same time, active listings are down nearly 10 percent year-over-year, underscoring tighter inventory conditions.
