I have to say from our first meeting I found Linda to be very pleasant, proffessioal and informative. This was reasuring to me as this was the first experience my wife and I have had with the process of buying a home. I was QUITE NERVOUS about buying a home for the first time, (and it did not help that I don't trust most people) but I have to say that Linda put me at ease with her explanation of the process, and what to look for when it comes to perchasing a home. We let her know what we were looking for, what we could afford and what area we wanted to live in. Linda MORE than met all of our expectation. I would HIGHLY recommend Linda to anyone looking for a pleasant and positive experience when it comes to buying a home!

She took us to on countless trips to see homes in Grass Valley, Colfax, Cool, and even more. Each time we met to see properties, we always had a blast. Of all the agents I've worked with in the past...Linda is the very best. She is professional, but friendly, knowledgeable about more than the houses. She is in contact with us at any time. Linda gave us a list of contractors we might (and do need) that actually are working out for us. My whole family likes her and trusts her instincts and information. She has made this buying/selling project so much less stressful than it would have been without her.
