For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $1,050,000 in Boulder for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $1,110,000 in May.

Table Mesa North had 16 new listings and 5 listings that went under contract in April, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 13—up 85.71% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in May.
