I'm obsessed with real estate—in a good way! I live it, breathe it, and probably think about it far more than I should.

Since launching my real estate career in 2017 and becoming a licensed Colorado broker in 2020, I've gained extensive experience in residential sales, investment acquisitions, fix-and-flip projects, rentals, and multifamily real estate. I've also worked closely with large investment funds and sophisticated investors, developing a strong understanding of property valuation, market analysis, and complex transactions.

What you won't see in my public real estate sales history is my experience completing more than 100 off-market investment transactions, including acquisitions, renovations, resales, and rentals. This hands-on experience goes far beyond traditional brokerage. I've personally navigated nearly every aspect of real estate—from negotiating purchases and managing renovations to resolving title issues, financing complications, inspections, and challenging repairs.

For my clients, that experience translates into a distinct advantage. I bring an investor's analytical mindset, an extensive network of trusted contractors and real estate professionals, and firsthand knowledge of property values, renovation costs, and potential pitfalls. Having invested my own capital in real estate, I approach every client's transaction with the same financial discipline and attention to detail that I bring to my own investments.

For buyers, I offer detailed property evaluations, strategic negotiations, and practical guidance on inspections, repairs, and renovation potential. For sellers, I provide data-driven pricing strategies, advice on improvements that can maximize resale value, and creative solutions to help properties stand out.

I'm a self-described real estate nerd who genuinely loves what I do. I'm also a resourceful problem-solver who knows how to navigate challenges and keep transactions moving forward.

Outside of real estate, I'm an avid traveler, outdoor adventurer, potter, cook, and lifelong learner. Colorado has always been home, with my family's roots here dating back to the early 1970s.
