March 2026 brought some sharp month-over-month shifts to the Lower East Side housing market in Pueblo. Typical home values fell to about $163,800, down an estimated 38.88 percent from the prior month, even as the median list price inched up 1.91 percent to around $200,000.
Homes moved much faster than a month earlier, with the median days on market dropping 88.33 percent to just 14 days. Inventory also tightened, declining 12.5 percent to 14 active listings. Sellers still held an edge, reflected in a seller's market gauge of 11.

Pending sales dipped 7.14 percent year over year and new listings are down 25 percent, yet 44 percent of recent sales closed above the asking price and homes sold for about 102.3 percent of list on average. Lower East Side home values sit well below the broader Pueblo area, where the typical value is about $248,100 and projected to ease slightly to $247,150. Next month, local projections point to a modest inventory of 13 listings and a median list price near $201,875.
