The typical home value in Lower East Side is projected to be $200,380 for the month of January. December’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the neighborhood to be $196,400—up 21.23% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $257,000 in Pueblo for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $273,000 in January.

Lower East Side had 11 new listings and 9 listings that went under contract in December, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 15—up 7.14% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in January.

The median listing price for homes in Lower East Side grew 5.69% from November to December, bringing the current median listing price to $169,000. Based on projected data for January, listing prices may continue to grow.
