October’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $349,900—down 2.13% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $395,000 in New London County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $387,500 in November.
New London had 18 new listings and 19 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 36—down 2.7% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
