Rose was incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic, and professional, while all the time exhibiting interpersonal skills that rendered the whole “house purchase” experience a pleasure rather than an undesired chore. As a first time buyer myself, Rose walked me through the steps which, for a debutant, can sometimes be daunting.
