Old Greenwich is seeing more homes for sale and more activity going under contract in this rolling three-month view. Active listings are up more than a third from a year ago, reaching 49, while homes sold have jumped nearly 75 percent over the same period. New listings have surged even faster, rising more than 80 percent year over year, which is giving buyers more options even as the market still leans toward sellers.
