Tony helped us find a home in Spring of 2019. He was a true professional from start to finish. All real estate agents should be like him. He is very knowledgeable about the market, and has a teacher-like patience while working with inexperienced home buyers like ourselves.

Once we agreed to purchase, the close date was only a month away, and Tony was able to help us navigate through this accelerated process like a pro. We would not have been able to close this quickly without his help.

We feel lucky to have met Tony when we did, and think of him as someone sent from heaven to help us find a home in preparation of Covid quarantine.

By pure chance, I was lucky enough to work with Tony Parenti when selling my first condo. I had seen him representing another listing in my neighborhood and asked him to come over for a pure consultation. He was super thorough in going over the neighborhood, recent history, etc and he made sure that each decision was mine, while still walking me through the process. There was never any pressure to accept any offers that I wasn’t interested in and he maintained pure professionalism, politeness and honesty through the entire process. In a short amount of time, he was able to help me find interested buyers and my house sold without a hitch. I would most certainly use Tony again for my next real estate transaction and I would also recommend him to family and friends.

Anthony has showed me several properties and was always quick in his responses. He was able to answer all my questions and explain in detail next steps re different properties ( e.g. foreclosures; bank-owned; properties with several liens, etc). I have put in offers on a few places and as soon as I learnt I didn't get them, Anthony would help me start the process from the beginning. He was also very accommodating- he'd come over to my house to drop of documents or pick them up. Furthermore, he accompanied me during the purchase process giving ideas/suggestions how to talk to my lender and what to do to speed up the process. He even volunteered to call my lender himself when the latter was unresponsive.
If I ever decide to purchase another property, I'll definitely use Anthony again.
