Stratford Downtown’s rolling three-month data through April 2026 shows notable month-over-month cooling in prices, with the typical home value down sharply and the median list price dropping by nearly 40 percent. Inventory inched up, as active listings rose about a quarter from the prior period to 5 homes, while new listings also increased by a similar share. Pending sales climbed month over month, yet the number of homes sold held steady at just 1, pointing to very low closed-sale activity. Buyers will also notice a median list price of about $188,500 and a typical home value near $160,000 in the latest period.
