Fairview Shores had 11 new listings and 18 listings that went under contract in June, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 51—down 7.27% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in July.
Of those 51 active listings, 70.59% reduced their price in the month of June. The median listing price for homes in Fairview Shores fell 5.61% from May to June, bringing the current median listing price to $337,900. Based on projected data for July, listing prices may continue to fall.

In June 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 32 days, compared to 38 days in June 2024. In recent months the median number of days from listed to pending appears to be decreasing. That trend is predicted to have carried through to this July.
