Where do I begin? I began looking for a home in Florida with not much luck, then I met Clarence who immediately went to work for me although time was short Clarence worked very hard sometimes until late at night to make sure my son and I had the place we were looking for. Clarance did an excellent job getting me the house that was able to get all my wants. He was very thorough and asked about what I was looking for in a home, then setting my expectations. He was able to find a home that checked the necessary needs of a home and with rate buydown and closing costs paid by the builder. The incentives that freed up funds I expected to use at time of purchase was then able to be used on renovations to the home to check all my boxes off that I wanted. In this market with tough buying process and a sellers market, its very important who represents you that knows the market to get the best home for you. I highly recommend Clarence to anyone looking for a home in the Central Florida area, he is well educated on the area and how to make a deal work.
