I cannot emphasis enough how helpful Alex was during our home buying process. He was on top of everything, very responsive to messages and questions, and made it easy for us to buy a Florida home from New York. He dedicated a lot of time to viewing houses with us, first through FaceTime, and then created a scheduled for us to see a bunch of houses in-person when we flew down to Florida for a day. Once we decided on the house that we wanted to buy, Alex walked us through every step of the buying process, including making an offer, getting an inspection done, gathering the required information for the mortgage, setting up a mobile notary for closing, etc. Even after we had closed, he assisted us in getting our keys and reaching out to the seller for information that we needed upon moving in. Would absolutely recommend Alex to anyone looking to buy a home in central Florida!

If you are a buyer you can seek no better representation than Alex. He works through every situation. He motto is if he doesn't know he will find out. I had a deal with a seemingly unethical seller. Alex advised me around the traps that were set, so that I was always ahead. When the deal fell through because of a industry technicality Alex rouse to the challenge, found higher up decision makers and negotiated my contract.
