Normandy Estates had 31 new listings and 27 listings that went under contract in April, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 32—down 3.03% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in May.
The median listing price for homes in Normandy Estates fell 3.45% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $280,000. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to fall.
