Casey helped me sell my house in Jacksonville and went above and beyond what I could ever have expected him to do. He always answered my texts and call right away. We ran into several problems with buyers and he not only had the experience, instincts, and know how to deal with them he did it efficiently and with me having to do nothing. Casey is an extremely hard worker and did not just list my house for sale waiting and hoping it would be sold. He proactively worked his tail off to find the best buyers and proactively get it in front of as many people as possible. I can honestly say Casey cares about his clients and know how important either buying or selling a home is to them. Casey was great to work with. He walked with us every step of the way providing great advice without being pushy. Even when our house didn't sell as quickly as any of us expected Casey was tenacious about getting showings and open houses and getting valuable feedback from potential buyers. Casey is knowledgeable, efficient and is so dedicated to the client. He was always ready to show us houses, even when they were over an hour apart from each other. He was knowledgeable about the current market and knew when to negotiate the price.
