I am an experienced investor. I often use the FSBO method. However I am out of state from the properties Zack is representing and decided to give a broker a try by using the internet for research.. The reason I use FSBO is because of the dissatisfaction I often found when using brokers. However, in Zacks case I could not be more comlimentary. He has established an excellent helpfull knowledgeable staff. He never leaves you in the dark. Very professional and overall excellent score. This was not an easy sale because of construction complications and it took a very skileed broker to negotiate the terms between the buyer, seller, and sellers broker.
