Florence Villa had 17 new listings and 11 listings that went under contract in October, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 20—up 5.26% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in November.
The median listing price for homes in Florence Villa grew 5.56% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $244,900. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract has been fairly steady year-over-year.
