Ashley surpassed my expectations by a longshot! I cannot imagine navigating this process without her !! From start to finish, she was able to communicate through all channels needed to ensure the short sale process went smoothly! She helped me when I felt like we faced obstacles, she kept constant communication navigating the challenge of multiple lender changes. I am 3 states away, and never had to feel pressured to be on location while the house remained listed. She is an GOD send and remained steadfast, constantly marketing and delivering the highest level of professionalism. I felt comfortable throughout this process and was able to get everything I needed to close successfully! Her entire team is absolutely amazing!
She is professional, friendly and always had something positive to say when I felt anxious. Selling a house can be very stressful, but she took that stress away in the very first day. While every situation is different, she manages to sale our home in just 4 days. Yes, you read that right! 4DAYS.WE WERE VERY LUCKY TO HAVE HER!!
