After a 20-year career in Higher Education Administration, where I helped students learn from their mistakes, I shifted my career to assist individuals in making the most important investment of their lives. I love helping people buy and sell homes and achieve their real estate goals. Throughout my 6 years in Real Estate, I have adopted an educational and advising approach, rather than a sales approach, which the over 150 families I have assisted along the way have appreciated. Chris did an amazing job with our move to Florida from Pennsylvania. Made the entire process fast and efficient. Helped cater to our timeline ( less than 6 weeks). We were able to find a property that was perfect for our budget and practically similar to our old home. Had knowledge and intellect of the areas we were looking at to be close to my new job. I would recommend Mr Loschiavo for anyone who wants a realtor who cares about getting you into the best house possible for you and your family.
