For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $375,000 in Atlanta for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $362,500 in October.
South River Gardens had 14 new listings and 11 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 18—down 30.77% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.
The median listing price for homes in South River Gardens fell 4.44% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $215,000. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to fall.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year.
