ABriona is a wonderful person and very professional. She went beyond what the lender failed to do for me. She explained everything that I was signing and steps by steps on how the process works. She is very patient and caring. She definitely understood what my plans were and executed them to a tee. I just feel disappointed that the closing did not happen so that she can receive her fair share of all the hard work she did.

Very poor communication. Unprepared to meet market timings. Due to agent delay we missed the opportunity to put in an offer for the house we wanted. The agent cause us to miss work for a showing but did not show up to the appointment. When we call, she said she was out of town
