Year-over-year, Lamar County’s typical home value in September 2026 is up modestly, rising about 4 percent, while the median list price is down roughly 13 percent. Compared with Georgia overall, price growth here is slightly stronger, yet homes are being offered at noticeably lower asking prices than a year ago.

“I was in the process of relocating to the Peachtree City area (Newnan, GA) from out of state. Not having a referral for an agent at the time, I just so happened to come across Denise Clements and her team online. Upon reaching out to them, I was promptly contacted by agent Carley Horton.
