Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2024 in Mcdonough, GA.

Kim was absolutely amazing to work with not only in helping me buy a new home but in getting my old house sold! All this was done over the month of December no less when not many people are looking to move!! She is professional yet so very friendly. She easily navigated the entire process step by step explaining exactly
what needed to be done to buy and sell. She knows the area. She listens to what you want and truly helps make it a reality. She is best realtor I have ever worked with. My house was listed on a Friday and by Tuesday I had several offers! I truly believe I would not have sold my house that fast if I had used a different realtor! She got me into my forever home that I love!! Moving is stressful but Kim is able to make the entire process so smooth! I truly am thankful.
