Jonathan Vining, Co-Owner/Head Listing Agent, has over 25 years of sales experience and has extensive knowledge in construction and land development. Jonathan has worked with a number of local builders and developers over the years and has played a part in shaping real estate in the Lake Oconee area. Jonathan earned his B.S. in Urban Development from GSC, is a licensed Broker, and is a luxury property expert. Jonathan has served on many county boards and local committees, including Greene Co Planning and Zoning, several seats with LCBR and was our 2022 President of the Lake Country Board of Realtors
