Inventory in Inkom has tightened in the latest rolling three-month view, with active listings down nearly a third from a year ago. Even with fewer homes for sale, closed sales have more than doubled year over year, and pending contracts are up sharply as well. At the same time, none of the recent sales closed above list price, a change from last summer when a portion of homes did. These mixed signals point to a market where buyers have more time to decide, but sellers still hold some leverage.
