I'm Shane Keele, founder of Keele Family Realty with Keller Williams of East Idaho, and I help people buy and sell homes in Idaho Falls and across East Idaho.

Most of my clients are first-time buyers — people who've been told the process is complicated, expensive, and a little intimidating. My job is to make it the opposite. I'll walk you through every step in plain English, tell you what things actually cost, and make sure you understand the decision before you make it. No pressure, no rush, no jargon.

I was named Rookie of the Year at KW East Idaho, and I built this business on a simple rule: family before the deal. I would rather lose a transaction than lose someone's trust. That means if a house isn't right for you, I'll say so — even when it costs me.
