We loved working with Barb! She is so sweet and friendly and I felt like she had our best interest in mind. As first time home buyers we didn’t know the process but she took care of everything! She explained things well to us, was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns and I never felt like a burden when reaching out, even at odd hours. She was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done as well as how buydowns worked and different program options to get us affordable house payments. She was great at negotiating so we could get our perfect home for the right price at the right time. The cherry on top- when entering our newly purchased home she had set out several housewarming gifts for us! So kind! She truly was great to work with and I felt like I could really trust her.
