Anthony understood us, our personalities and interests. We were able to relate to him in a number of ways and that made us comfortable working with him. He was a compassionate person, and it meant a lot to him to find places that served us, which also meant a lot to us. We gave him some of our requirements for a home, and he would continue to refine his search accordingly. He did not discriminate homes based on their pricing. When we wanted to check out a much more inexpensive house, he worked hard to get us a showing. It seemed like he cared more about finding us a place we would be happy than the amount of his commission. He was willing to do a lot of traveling, and even worked late hours for us. I would never ask someone to work late or early, but he took it upon himself to do so several times, which we highly appreciate. Anthony found us a great inspector, and did a lot of mediation for us that we so desperately needed. He was honest when he wasn't able to help with certain things that were outside of his job description, like advising us financially. However he was able to find an attorney and a lender that we ended up really liking, who also cared about us and were available any time we needed them. Anthony feels like a friend, and we will be sure to hire him if and when we move again.
