Sellers are typically receiving almost full asking price, with an average sale-to-list ratio of 0.999 and about 40% of homes closing above list, while roughly 13% of listings saw a price drop.
Recent movement shows some crosscurrents, as inventory rose 9.73% month over month but is still down 13.29% from a year ago, and pending sales slipped 5.7% year over year.
