North Aurora’s rolling three-month snapshot shows more homes moving through the pipeline and a busier overall market. Active listings are up more than 30% from a year ago, and new listings have surged nearly 45%, giving buyers more options. Closed sales and pending contracts are also higher than last year, with homes sold up more than 18% and pending sales up more than 32%.

Even with more inventory, a large share of homes still goes under contract within two weeks, showing that well-priced properties can move quickly.
