Williamson County is seeing steady listing activity with 368 homes on the market in July and 91 new listings added. Closed sales picked up, with homes sold rising nearly 20 percent from the prior month and edging up about 5 percent from a year ago. Pending sales, however, slipped both month over month and year over year, hinting at some cooling in the pipeline.

About half of homes are still going off the market within two weeks, and the share selling above list has roughly doubled from June, with sellers receiving about 96 percent of asking price on average.
