Service and Expertise are #1 for me and in that regard, Mike McCatty provides excellent service and his expertise especially in the area I was selling in, is top-notch. Having a lot of previous sales experience in my development meant he already knew how to market and sell in the HoA I lived in, and what the requirements were to complete the sale with the property management company.

Mike also properly communicated expectations in selling during this time of economic uncertainty knowing the market was shifting. Even still, my home received plenty of traffic, solid feedback and a number of interested buyers.

I cannot possibly say enough kind things about Mike, his client-centric approach and calm demeanor in addressing other realtor's lack of professionalism, such as not leaving my home as it was found, unlocked, etc..

I would absolutely 100% recommend Mike to anyone who needs a realtor. I am very pleased to have chosen his services and would do so again if needed.
