Vicky went over and above for the whole buying process. From viewing locations to negotiating and recommending buying amounts to talking to seller agents to communicating with lawyer and mortgage broker- she was fantastic. Victoria was absolutely phenomenal! With short preparation time, she arrived with professionally assembled, easy to read and understand buying and selling guides. She also came with a comprehensive market analysis of my area, a solid plan to list and market our home, and full agreement with our expected listing price. She provided a full breakdown of what we could expect during the sale process, was courteous and professional with meeting our scheduling needs for showing our home, and available to us when we needed her!

Included with the sale, she has been working with us to find our next home. Vicky was a blessing of a relator. She was extremely knowledgeable and available. I have worked with other Relator's in the past (we didn't buy at the time) but it always felt they were just trying to make a sale. Vicky was very patient and understanding of our needs and requirements for our first home. Our search was roughly over 5 months and never once did I feel pressured with her. If in the future we are in the market again I can only hope that Vicky will guide us threw another milestone in our lives.

Within very few days she had the property photographed and listed, and once listed showed the property the next day.
