El Pueblo’s rolling three-month snapshot through April 2026 shows prices moving up while inventory tightens. The typical home value rose sharply month over month and is up more than 20 percent year over year, while median list prices climbed at a slower but still solid pace over the same period.

Homes are taking longer to sell than they did a year ago. Median days on market in the latest three-month window stretched to about seven weeks, a large increase from last year’s much quicker pace. Even so, months of supply fell to well under one month, signaling limited options for buyers.

Sales activity has strengthened compared with a year ago, with the number of homes sold more than doubling and pending sales also higher year over year, even as new listings declined. Roughly one in four sales closed above list price, and the average sale-to-list ratio hovered just under 100 percent, indicating sellers are still achieving prices close to their asking figures. Compared with the broader Wichita market, El Pueblo’s home values sit lower overall, yet local conditions lean more toward a seller’s market than the city’s higher-supply environment.
