Highlands home values have climbed notably in the past year, with the typical home value up about 20% year over year in this rolling three-month view. Median list prices also rose roughly 9% from a year ago, reinforcing that prices have been moving higher. Compared with the broader Louisville area, where prices are up just over 4% year over year, Highlands has seen much stronger appreciation.
