St. James Parish currently sits in a neutral market, with conditions not strongly favoring buyers or sellers. Months of supply is elevated at 10.1, much higher than Louisiana’s 4.8 months. Active listings are down about 11 percent from a year ago, yet inventory is still ample relative to sales.
