This is my 2nd time going with Guy as my realtor. First time was buying my home, this time was selling my home. That should prove just how excellent he is and how much I trust him. Guy is incredibly knowledgeable and always knows what to expect/anticipate every step of the way. He understands the process and has the experience to prepare you for the worst or the best and everything in between. He checked comps to ensure I was listing at the right price, he gave tips on things to patch up around the home. He negotiated with the builders of my new home to ensure everything was as requested. He has a huge network of references for contractors even down to professional cleaners to come out and take care of everything! He’s always available and eager to take on anything and everything. My current experience was buying and selling. So we would go do showings, and he would put in an offer all while scheduling showings for my current home! He’s a fantastic multitasker!
