Home values in Downtown Frederick are edging higher even after a pullback over the past year, with a typical home value of about $479,000 in February 2026, up 1.48% month over month but still down 7.87% from a year ago. That keeps the neighborhood priced above the broader city of Frederick, where the typical value is around $442,500.

Prices on new listings are moving up as well, with the median list price at roughly $627,500 in February and projected to reach about $641,250 in March. Homes are taking much longer to sell, with median days on market doubling month over month to 80 days and up more than 90% year over year.
