Lavina is an amazing realtor and person. She very quickly got to know What I wanted in a home And what would suit us best. She was also very quickly able to evaluate whether a property had hidden issues Like water damage or uneven floors that concealed a bigger problem.

She was very patient with me when I wanted to see properties that she already knew wouldn't suit us. She never let on that She knew what my response was going to be in advance. We covered a very wide geographic area At my request. She never complained and always made herself available.
